Mediateurs.ma — Professional Mediation Platform in Morocco
Mediateurs.ma is a digital platform connecting certified professional mediators with individuals or businesses seeking amicable resolution of disputes (commercial, family, real estate, consumer, and other disputes).

Mediateurs.ma acts solely as a technical intermediary. Mediation services are provided exclusively by registered mediators, who practice in their own name and under their full responsibility.
Accessing and using the platform constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. By checking the "I accept the Terms of Use" box during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms without reservation.
Use of the services requires creating an account (Client or Mediator). You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requires email verification. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
Mediator profile activation is subject to manual review. Mediateurs.ma reserves the right to accept or refuse any registration.
As a Client, you may submit cases, receive offers, browse mediator profiles, and communicate via the internal messaging system. Information provided in a case must be truthful. Accepting an offer commits the Client to proceed with payment as agreed.
Payments are processed through Mediateurs.ma (bank transfer, Wafacash, CashPlus). The mediator's share is released after verification of the payment receipt.
Certifications, degrees, experience, and specialties listed on your profile must be accurate and verifiable. Any misrepresentation may result in account suspension. You are solely responsible for the legality and quality of your services.
You agree that a commission will be deducted from your fees according to your plan rate. The Discovery plan (free) is limited to 1 case/month with a 25% commission.
Subscriptions are payable in advance. Cancellation takes effect at end of paid period with no pro-rata refund. Pricing changes notified by email with at least 30 days' notice.
Mediation fees are processed through Mediateurs.ma. After receipt verification, the mediator's share is released within 3 to 5 business days. Commission is calculated per active plan (5%, 15%, or 25%). All amounts in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).
Mediateurs.ma commits to: providing platform access, protecting personal data (Law No. 09-08 + GDPR), and handling reported disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
All users commit to: not using the platform for unlawful purposes, not soliciting payments outside the platform for cases initiated via Mediateurs.ma, maintaining confidentiality of exchanged information, and not posting offensive or misleading content.
Mediateurs.ma is a technical intermediary and does not guarantee the outcome of any mediation. Mediateurs.ma disclaims all liability for: the outcome of a mediation, acts of mediators or clients, technical interruptions, and any indirect damages. Mediateurs.ma's liability is limited to amounts received in the 3 months prior to the dispute.
All platform elements (logo, code, content) are the exclusive property of Mediateurs.ma. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. By uploading content, you grant Mediateurs.ma a non-exclusive license to use it within the scope of the service.
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Mediateurs.ma complies with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and the GDPR.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Mediateurs.ma may suspend or delete any account in case of: Terms violations, false information, fraudulent behavior, non-payment, or damage to the platform's reputation. No subscription refund is due in case of suspension for violations.
Mediateurs.ma may amend these Terms at any time. Any material change will be notified by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. The parties will attempt amicable resolution within 30 days. Failing that, the competent courts of Rabat shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the spirit of our platform, mediation is encouraged for any dispute.
